Dining at “The Privilege” is a delight and a culinary adventure. The property has also pioneered the concept of freedom dining with no buffets. Guest are given the preference of selecting their individually prepared seven course sit down dinner and an American breakfast from a wide ranged A’la carte menu which include a both eastern and western specialties prepared by award winning gourmet chefs. In keeping with the easy going concept of the Hotel, guests keep to their biological clock and dine at their preferred times.
