Relaxing in Privacy at

Sri Lanka's very first all-suite beach hotel - "The Privilege" is nearing completion and will commence operations in September this year.

"In keeping with the Ceylon Tourist Board's drive in identifying the potential which exists for up-market tourism, "The Privilege" will undoubtedly cater to this particular segment of visitors," says Ranjaka De
Mel, Marketing Manager for this property.

Located in Wadduwa, the property has 25 Super Luxury Suites which include a Presidential Suite, King Suite and Queen Suite. All suites are spacious and consist of five units - sleeping, living, courtyard, pavilion and bath/toilet. Guests could enjoy a panoramic view of the beach and ocean from the Pavilion.

The living area which also functions as a TV lobby provides two satellite channel TVs, VCD player, piped music and individual climate control. Relaxing and unwinding is facilitated with a Jacuzzi while three telephones, and fax/modem facilities provide the option to work if the need arises. Two swimming pools, a fine dining restaurant and main restaurant, two bars, 24 hour room service, a health farm and indoor games such as billiards and table tennis and water sports facilities including wind surfing and water skiing are other facilities available to guests.
